T: 07 3229 4459Eve Lee-Roberts joined Aitken Whyte Lawyers in September 2022 as a civil litigation associate.
She completed her Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Behavioural Science at the Queensland University of Technology and gained her Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law.
Eve has an interest in commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, breaches of Australian Consumer Law, professional negligence, and insurance and employment law disputes. She has a broad range of experience from the Magistrates Court jurisdiction through to District and Supreme Courts of Queensland and New South Wales and the Federal Court of Australia. She has previous experience in practice areas including property law, wills and estates, and personal injury law specialising in cases of historical institutional abuse.
Eve is detail orientated and prides herself in always being prepared and presentable. She will ensure that your voice is heard and her friendly smile along with her high work ethic and focus can provide support during your hardship.
