Lachlan joined Aitken Whyte Lawyers in July 2018 as a Solicitor in its Brisbane disputes and civil litigation practice.
Prior to joining Aitken Whyte Lawyers, Lachlan worked in a boutique litigation firm in Brisbane as a Solicitor. Lachlan has a broad range of litigation experience from the Magistrates Court jurisdiction through to District and Supreme Courts of Queensland, the Federal Court and in High Court special leave applications.
Lachlan has an interest in complex commercial litigation matters, including contractual disputes, intellectual property and insolvency. To assist his clients in achieving the best outcomes possible, he develops a strategy for success and provides clear advice to his clients.
Lachlan has graduated from the University of Queensland, Southern Cross University and Queensland University of Technology, with a Bachelor of Arts, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice, respectively.
