Bio

Hilary Palmer is a litigation lawyer with Aitken Whyte Lawyers’ and heads up its dispute resolution practice in Brisbane. Hilary has significant experience in dealing with litigation, court proceedings, appeals and alternative dispute resolution processes and practices in all state and federal courts. Here interests include advocacy, appearing in courts and dealing with complex contractual disputes, professional negligence actions, building disputes, misleading and deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct claims, corporate and shareholder disputes, property disputes, insolvency and bankruptcy.

Regarded highly by other solicitors, judges and Magistrates, Hilary works closely with her clients, developing a plan and appropriate strategy to deal with each dispute confronting her. She involves at an early stage other expert professionals such as barristers, valuers, forensic accountants and the like.

Her experience and tenacity ensures the best possible result is obtained and her clients’ matters are provided with the personal attention and skill that is warranted.

Hilary’s objective is to be a robust but ethical advocate with a view of resolving her clients’ disputes as effectively and efficiently as possible, taking into account their requirements, objectives and needs.
